Our Masonry Warranty

All our warranties offer a 100% complete guarantee on quality workmanship and proper materials. Every job comes with a guarantee — up to 25 years. Of course, a guarantee is only as good as the company that backs it up, and we pride ourselves on leaving no one left behind. We back our work 100% and try to make every customer happy and satisfied.

The length of the guarantee depends on the job. 

25 years

• Interior work: repointing, brick repair, and stonework

10 years

• Full chimney rebuilds

5 years

• Brick replacement
• Brick repointing
• Flagstone repairs
• Partial chimney rebuilds
• Stone repointing
• Flagstone installations

Exclusions
We do not cover damage caused by:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather
• Impact damage (for example, vehicle accidents)
• Excessive use of salt
• New installations after job completion (e.g., regrading near the work area or installation of a new downspout that affects water flow on bricks)
• Foundation settlement or structural issues

One year concrete warranty

There will be no major cracking, scaling and Spalling or popout for 1 year, beginning from the date of concrete pour, due to defective materials or workmanship.

 (Major cracking means cracks that are more than 1⁄4 inch wide)
